was pretty happy with my run. stopped abit to help some school kids that were doing an assignment for orienteering but not much time lost. was a sprint in the bush pretty much..alot of tracks but i recon faster to run straight through bush. so good day to practise my compass work wich showed on the weekend that sucks! the start i pushed it too hard i think cuz in the end i felt so tired and drained. bout halfway started to slow down soo much!

started off good and clean then i got to 7 and from then on to 9 i hated it i messed up so much fell over more then i ever have in my life hurt my butt and just lost motivation in the whole thing. so i pulled out. walk back was so scary though i though ivan milat was gunna jump out and shoot me or sumthin. shep came flying past me and all i could hear was him breathing over his load footsteps! that made me run a lil scared the crap outa me! then i found the rock that is in memory of all the people lost and for some stupid reason i read it while i was about a km form the finish lol i just wanted to get back as fast as i could!

so shit. this run was the start to a shitty weekend. i felt really good be4 hand warmed up really well and felt like i was going to have a good race. 1st couple were really cruisy, pretty stupid route choice to 5 but meh. after 6 though everything njust went dowhill. got stuck in corners. different levels were the control was and didnt realy my describtions almost mp at 13 i think it was. didnt give it much after i stuffed up so much lost motiovation.

orienteering (MIDDLE) 54:08 [3] 4.8 km (11:17 / km) +180m 9:30 / km

started off really good. well not the best but i didnt have any major problems just was hard to run in the terrain. thats 1 thing i gotta work on alot is running in the terrain. when i got to 6 when there was that massive hill my brains just like fuck this ! i had an ok run through 6-8 stuffed up 9 then 10 and 11 got perfect but then fucked up 12 so badly...lost a good 5minutes.. 13-15 was awosme just slow. then every control then on was fucked! lost so much time in the last half of the course but what can you do.
