Sunday Nov 15

Running 30:00 [3] 5.5 km (5:27 / km)

Saturday Nov 14

Walk 4:30:00 [3] 20 km (13:30 / km)

A great walk along the Barrington Trail with Jacki.

Friday Nov 13

Walk (Hills) 1:00:00 [3]

Two ascents of a big hill in barrington with my wife.

Thursday Nov 12

Running 1:00:00 [3] 12 km (5:00 / km)

Struggled this morning on my run with the BMMC boys. Went down Mitchells up to Maggies LO, down stairs and up through the trails paralleling Old Bathurst. Walked 50% of the climb feeling completely wiped out. Felt OK when I hit the flat on the top. Looking forward to the legs adapting to this uphill work.

Wednesday Nov 11

Running 43:33 [1] 10 km (4:21 / km)
ahr:138

Woke up feeling tired which continued right through to the run. Was moving OK but felt a little lethargic. Can't imagine yesterday's intervals would have taken that much out of me. But...

Running 1:04:43 [3] 12.2 km (5:18 / km)
shoes: Adidas Adizero RC

Run home from work was hot and humid. Decided to get out of the sun and skip Mitchells instead heading for the steep trails along Old Bathurst. It was tough work and highlighted how much work i need to spend to build up my leg, hip and glute strength. Weak!!!!

Tuesday Nov 10

Running 1:10:00 [3] 15.2 km (4:36 / km)

Ran over to Leonay Oval and ran 2x1000m (1.30) in 3:32, 3:38 before wiltering in the 30C+ heat. Finished up with 3x300m (1) in ~0:57.

Monday Nov 9

Running 57:58 [2] 13 km (4:28 / km)

Easy run out to the Whitewater Stadium and back with 5x30sec sprints with 3-3.5min easy running. Felt good considering how sore my legs were after yesterdays long run. The sprints were good and helped relieve the stiffness in my groin.
