Ran 13x1min hard/30sec float. Hards started out at 3:20 pace, next 9 at 3:30 and the last 3 back at 3:20. Floats started out at 4:20 pace but slowed to around 4:40 pace. It was very hot 41C!!
Legs sore at the start but felt great after session.
