Long run up to Springwood and back. Felt like shite...

Saturday Dec 5

Ran down to the oval and ran 1 x 1600, 1x800, 2x400 before succumbing to the heat. Finished with 8x100m hill sprints in 24-26". Struggled home.

Friday Dec 4

AM run to work.

Running intervals 1:08:00 [4] 13.1 km (5:11 / km)

Run home with 22'30" worth of intervals and some strides.

Thursday Dec 3

Running 1:15:00 [3] 14 km (5:21 / km)

PM hot run home after dropping the car off at the mechanics.

Wednesday Dec 2

Running long (Trail run) 1:52:39 [3] 24.02 km (4:41 / km)

PM run after work in the National Park out to Nepean Lookout and back.

Tuesday Dec 1

Running hills 1:25:00 [4] 15 km (5:40 / km)

AM hill session - 33x100m up with fast jog back recovery. Tough session.

Running 24:43 [1] 5.2 km (4:45 / km)

PM recovery run on the grass around Glenbrook Oval

Monday Nov 30

Running 47:50 [3] 10 km (4:47 / km)

AM run to work.

Running 1:02:16 [3] 12 km (5:11 / km)

PM run home from work. Felt good with about 2k to go. Finished with 5 x 20sec strides.
