Very little wind, so I was tempted to go out and row despite the blisters. Had a nice one, went out the back way to Havercamp's island, although had one wrong turn on the way there in a dead-end bay.

Todays workout: canoe-run-rollerski-run-canoe. Canoeing + running were to get me to the car to get my rollerskis, but the canoeing doesn't count as training because my heartrate only got up to about 80 max while canoeing. Although my arms may think it counts!

A skate and double-pole rollerkski. At least 10 min only double pole and 10 min without poles. Much nicer on un-busy roads than the cycle path at Amherst actually, except for the train tracks which are smack at the bottom of a hill going both ways. Awkward!
