I wasn't quite on top of dinner cooking when folks came by. But after saving the mint sauce, was time to do circuits with Caroline and Cristina- with timekeeper and videoman PG, spectator Gail and kale-cooking Alex.
One session of 12 min circuits, then 10 min abs. 3 people circuiting is about all my apartment can fit, and suggesting Caroline do ski jumps on the slippery bit of floor = not good idea, apologies!
