Running 10:30 [1]
A little plod around Dan's neighborhood to test out the legs. IT band was kinda burn-y all day, but didn't feel terrible running. Nothing actually felt terrible, but did have to focus on running properly because everything is just a bit tweaky.
It didn't rain on my the 10 min I was out though, woo!

Slightly pathetic that strength is longer than my run today... hopefully I'm being sensible enough to reverse this shortly though!!!
