Outa bed, onto the pavement! These were downhill intervals, designed to try to train eccentric (is that it?) contraction in prep for a Turkey day 5 miler that I know has a killer downhill... Does feel strange doing intervals jogging the up and flying the down!

Will see how sore I get...
