Longest run in over a month! Ankle still needs the ease, it doesn't like unexpected angles at all. And there are lots of wet leaves around. Saw a downed Kit-Kat bar, and a fairy wand.

Run around the block. Less ankle feeling weird than last week, so that's good. Has turned to fall here in Portland, rainy, windy, but not that cold.

My cold seems to be on the retreat, woo!

And then I got a bad cold. So now trying to also recover from that, such a major blah! But ankle was mostly ok in Zumba, which is great news. However, no hoping on one foot yet, that was too much. Throat is still sore from cold.
