Bah. So, back to exercise machines. The story is that my pelvis separated in front during the birth, which I didn't realize until last Wednesday. It's something that should heal on it's own, but was hurting more after jogs than otherwise, so I'm stopping trying to run for a bit.
Didn't seem any worse after biking, so at least I can do some aerobic exercise!
