Aerobics 30:04 [2] 0.29 mi (1:43:37 / mi)

Zumba! Had to do a lot of furniture moving in the living room to have remotely enough space. Sylvia joined me for about half of the first song, which was fun, then decided she rather play by herself and at least that lasted for another ~25 min for me to get a decent workout in!

Sylvia wanted to go on my run! So we ran around the block together before I really set out.

Got out early, which was awesome and not too hot yet! (Ok, only supposed to be low 80s, but has been much cooler here recently.)

People seem to think rollerskiing is awesome around here, got lots of encouragement, plus some kids trying to figure out what in the world I was doing! I think in general people think it's more fun than it actually is, but it is really nice to mix up the workouts, plus, there is an element of glide! that makes it more enjoyable than road running, at least on nice pavement.

Sylvia and I went to hang out at Champoeg State Park from the morning. Did good explorations, had a picnic and played with her soccer ball for awhile. Great to get further away from the house! And totally not over-run with people. Maybe the weekend would be worse.

Also intrigued that Catherine Creek is now open, perhaps we'll go play let-Ali-go-orienteering there this weekend and S and T can tromp around...
