Back home!! Flight issues coming back from Baltimore. But made it eventually. First time away from the kiddos in awhile, and meant I made the decision that it would be the time to stop breastfeeding Martin (he was only nursing once a day, in the morning). So that's 3 + 3.3333 years of nursing kiddos, and I'm done! Both happy and sad about this.

Anyways, after touching base with summer students went out for a 2 x 12 min tempo.
