Road run 48:16 [4]12 km (4:01 / km)
ahr:149 max:161 (injured) shoes: Mizuno wave rider 10
Lower left leg is hurting all the time, I dont think it's shin splints (it's not the shin that hurts but the muscle to the left lower part). I think I pulled something when I hit a weirdly angled rock.

Saw a deer, I see these often, it's like they follow me.

Wound on foot means no running for today!

Tuesday Jun 12

Rowing 32:00 [4]10 km (3:12 / km)
(injured)
pyramid, with 15 minutes on top level and 2 min sprint. Felt the burn!
Barefoot Running 30:00 [3]5 km (6:00 / km)
I ran barefoot last year without any probs, unfortunately today disaster struck! I have cut open my right heel without even noticing (had cold feet), quite a big cut probably from glass.

Anyway ran comfortably and did leg strengthening exercises.

What don't kill us, makes us stronger!

Note
(injured) (rest day)
Pain on the side in my left shin from running on rocks!!! Hope it is better tomorrow. Must train to avoid lower leg injuries, will barefoot run tomorrow and do strength exercises.

Sunday Jun 10

terrain running 2:04:08 [5]25 km (4:58 / km)
Ran to Ågesta. Ran a lap then found a real nice trail, exactly what I like, tight, muddy, rocks and tree stumps (blink and you are face down in the dirt!). What is strange is that part of this trail is where I ran with Franklin but we completely missed it (between the heap of dirt and the caravan). I ran there for approx 45 mins. Focused at all times on a fast pace.

Have bought a platypus bladder pack, so much better than my old one, easy to fill and drink from. Ran out of water (had approx 1 and half litres) with 2ks left, very hot day.

Used a new gel and just like the guy in the shop said "tastes disgusting but works". First time I have noticed a significant affect from a gel, tasted like a mixture of wet dog and urine.
