I was going really well until heading off on some foreign direction on one control and then, who knows what I did on another!

Ran up to the Domain, through the tracks and back again dodging all the fallen branches (and the dead cat I passed by the side of the road...not pleasant). My legs felt a little like they'd forgotten how to run!

Took my flatmate to the evening public session and we raced each other round the rink. A good workout!

So slow! Not my morning! Getting really sick of this yuck weather and waking up to the sound of rain on the roof. How did I ever survive living in Dunedin through winter?!

On the treadmill 'cause I wasn't feeling game enough to tackle going outside in the wind and rain. Sprint intervals is about the only way to make it entertaining.

I increased a couple of weights which was tough but good to have a challenge. Feeling good this morning but a bit stiff from standing round in the cold on Saturday still.
