It was like a sauna in the gym this morning. If it keeps up like this I will completely melt. Other than that the program is going well. Had physio afterwards where she yet again decided the lump on my leg was a bit of a mystery. It felt better afterwards though, unlike last week, and the bruise has gone again.

No ice skating tonight so I was trailing Jono round course 2. His navigation is fairly shifty! It's been ages since I've been at Summer Series and actually been able to do a course. Legs a bit dead and tender so I don't think we'll be running tomorrow morning but at least I got out tonight.
