A few shockers inside the control circle but the navigation to those points was pretty good!

Better than the last time I was on this map but I had a brilliant 180 (don't know WHAT I was thinking!) and the odd small mistake elsewhere. Felt a bit slow and tired but it was lovely out there.

Round the Domain with Jono. It was so hard to get out of bed this morning and I still feel achy from the gym yesterday!

There was some huge group that invaded the rink after our class so we didn't stay long afterwards. Lots of backwards stuff and turns. My confidence is increasing.

One killer of a new programme. I could barely lift my arms in the shower afterwards! But it should be good in the end and hopefully ease the lower back pain again although I'm pretty sure a lot of that was caused by mental stuff as in the past.
