Feels like it's been a long time and my orienteering was fairly shocking! Just took it fairly easy but still managed to feel worn out. Lost my shoe in the thick mud but luckily Ionel was around to help pull me out (and find the damn shoe!).

Did a bit of incline stuff on the treadmill which made it a little less boring!

Gym - Cardio (Bike/Cross Trainer) 34:00 [3]

Tried using the cross trainer without using the arm bit...that was weird but worked okay.
