Note
(rest day)

Chilling at the beach surfing and swimming. Perfect.

Run 45:00 [2]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

Team run with Jono, Brent and Ee. I hung out with Ee at the back keeping him going so it was a pretty cruisey pace. Impressed with Brent though. Waffles for brunch again...more awesomeness.

Run 46:00 [3] 7.9 km (5:49 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

To Honda Newmarket to pick up my car via the OTH summit and then round the block when I got there 'cause I was early. Legs felt good but my stomach felt awful so there was some very slow patches especially near the beginning where I wondered whether I should turn around and go back. It seemed to sort of clear up in the end though.

Orienteering (SS Unitec) 1:01:37 [3] 7.52 km (8:12 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

Following Jono round course 1. He did a good job 'cause for once we didn't overrun any controls (and therefore I didn't have to run further than necessary!). I like the Unitec map.

Run 1:01:00 [4] 10.4 km (5:52 / km) +157m 5:27 / km
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

Up the summit of OTH via the dirt track twice (up track, down road and round to the start of the track again) then back the long way because I felt like killing myself. Okay, not quite but I did feel like the challenge. Almost made it three times but then realised the madness in that.

Peloton (Spin) class 1:00:00 [5]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

We had Malia tonight and it was a really good class. Pushed hard and felt SO dead afterwards. Now to go be a geek and fix my mac :(
