Some bush-bashing, bad route choices and good route choices gone wrong! Was good fun but exhausting and I was going pretty slow.

SO hard. I swear he's upped the intensity of the last couple of classes. Was aiming for about a 4 but it was so damn hard it was definitely a 5. Legs exhausted, body tired and now I'm going back to bed. Gotta love Fridays off sometimes :P

Haven't used the rower in ages and definitely not for that long so I was surprised it didn't feel nearly as shattering as I remember it being.

Good, fun way of getting in a decent run. It rained a bit and a couple of the controls were hard to find but I had an awesome time. There was a long patch where I was by myself but I was pretty confident of my route (helps having lived and run in this area) and that I could get back in time.

From the Domain down and around Parnell/Remuera and back - 2 rather big climbs that killed me although I was feeling rather dead before I set out anyway.

Running home from work with Jono. The first 3km to Mt Eden were definitely an intensity 4 (oh, and the last km where Jono started speeding up and I attempted to keep up) but thank god we backed it off when I met up with Jono. Felt pretty good despite feeling crap all day and having frozen joints.
