Orienteering race (OY4 - Mushroom Road) 1:24:57 [3] 5.1 km (16:39 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite 285

Not concentrating and feeling pretty shattered. Stupid 90 degree error on #8 and after that I'd totally had enough.

Run long 1:12:39 [3] 13.3 km (5:28 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

Felt like a long, hard run! From home up to and around the tracks at Macleans Reserve, back and then up to the end of Musick Point then home. Started pouring with rain just as I started the ascent up to Musick Point and the water kept getting into my eyes. Had to wring my clothes out when I got home and my shoes are totally soaked!

Rowing Machine warm up/down 8:49 [4] 2.0 km (4:25 / km)

Tough work. Definitely got faster in the last 800 metres.

Gym (weights and core) 1:10:00 [3]

Run hills 43:55 [3] 8.0 km (5:29 / km)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 4

An up and down circuit round 3 hills in Remuera/Parnell. Wasn't too bad but thighs feeling tired. Nice to be out running rather than inside but my hands felt like blocks of ice.

Peloton (Spin) class 50:00 [5]
shoes: Louis Garneau Monte Rosa MTB

Jannelle's class complete with Rage Against the Machine and Miley Cyrus (quite a combination!). Throat slowly unclogging itself so managed to get through without gagging which is always good.

Gym (core) 10:00 [3]

Rowing Machine warm up/down 8:56 [4] 2.0 km (4:28 / km)

Not fast, not slow...didn't feel all that hard but my throat is still really clogged up so felt a bit crappy.

Gym (weights and core) 1:20:00 [3]

Took ages for some reason. Increased some of the weights...
