So ridiculously tired it's not funny. So many late nights this week trying to do the magazine and then up till well after midnight last night finishing it off and searching for the box of archives that Michael had helpfully tidied up and hidden in the sideboard.

No matter how hard you try, most people just can't be bothered so there were just 3 of us. Wasn't quite as tough as Tuesday which was good because I wasn't feeling all that great. Fun though.

A bit of night riding in the hills with Michael who was feeling even more exhausted than me. Up Rapaki, along traverse then down through Vic Park and the usual tracks to the road. I rode the hairpins in the dark! So cool! Now I just need to ride it all without stopping to panic. It's not really all that hard...it's all in my head.

Wednesday night run up the Bowenvale. SO cold tonight! Feeling a bit tight from bootcamp thingy yesterday and being so cold didn't help! Tried to run as far up the valley as possible without turning on my light but I had to cave eventually.

Felt really sick afterwards (felt that way last night too). It sucks.

Decided not to go to orienteering at Queens Birthday. Going adventuring somewhere instead. Can't wait :)

Only 2 and half of us today (Ian left after the first half). Jeepers our work is slack. Anyway, heaps of punches and other painful stuff. Good fun!

Home from work after the bootcamp. Feeling okay. Put in more speed once I hit the river and then went quite hard on the last section after the library. The news quiz was really quite entertaining today (it's so hard to run and laugh at the same time...I normally end up sort of doubling over and nearly tripping!).
