Run 1:19:54 [3]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 6

Deliciously wet run with Michael wading up through the river that is Bowenvale valley, along the traverse and down Huntsbury/Major Aiken. Considering this was my first run all the way up to the summit rd in, like, 2 months I felt pretty good!

Walk 1:00:00 [2]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 (blue)

Walking home from class with my big backpack. Stopped via the library to add some more weight. Feeling frustrated so this was a good way to try and relax.

Walk 1:27:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Cabrakan 3

The zig zag/Huntsbury loop. Getting speedy! Arm was sore but I think we can safely blame physio for that!

Run 33:27 [3]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 (blue)

Home from school with my big backpack...it wasn't all that heavy but it certainly makes a difference when you run. Feeling stiff and hungry!

Walk 24:00 [2]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 (blue)

Ditched the bag when I got home and went for a quick walk round the block to ease the stiffness.

Road Bike (wind trainer) 15:00 [3]
(injured) shoes: Louis Garneau Revo XR

Was delayed several hours getting started due to the horrors of php. Feeling a bit tired and stiff when I started but partway through my first interval I began to feel super dizzy which isn't a good thing to feel when you're quite a long way off the ground perched precariously on a bike that I find ridiculously difficult to get on and off (seriously...I'm so glad you guys can't see me when I attempt it). Slowing down and taking it easy didn't seem to help.

Walk 20:00 [2]
(injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 (blue)

Getting off the bike seemed to improve my dizziness a bit and since I was feeling antsy and likely to drive M round the twist if I didn't do something I went for a quick walk up our street and back down in the misty darkness (my glasses fogged up too just for added blindness). Felt a little bit wonky but I'm not sure that was dizziness or fogged glasses to be honest.
