Cruising round on the tandem with Michael for good, hot times on the Governers/Gebbies loop. Stopped for delicious ice blocks at the supermarket on the way home.

On the tandem with Michael, Joe and Liz. From Hilltop along the summit road then down to Little Akaloa then over some steep but awesome climbs to Okains Bay for hot chips (hiding in a cave to keep out of the freezing wind). Then up to the summit road and back to the car. Very cool little loop. And for once it wasn't us getting the punctures!

Up the valley track and Mt Vernon then down Farm Track and home. Didn't intend to go to the top but felt much better than expected...until about 1/3 of the way down where I felt really quite awful.

No bike commuting for me this week so I walked instead. Planned to run home from work and then run some more but felt too tired by the end of the day so just walked. Went for a leisurely stroll along the river with M in the evening as well. So so tired.
