Bit of a rough guess on time. Back to Kaka Point with quite a few walks and beach excursions along the way and a nice detour out to Cannibal Bay. Waterfall walk #3 included 2 waterfalls (Matai and Horseshoe). I LOVE waterfalls and the Catlins ones are awesome!!! Beautiful day. Was hot enough to ride in just a bike top and I think I got a bit sunburnt!

From Kaka Point out to the Whistling Frog via Catlins Lake and waterfall walk #1: Purakaunui Falls. Such a good afternoon. Felt so slow though but M told me I was racing. He was probably just being nice though. Ridiculously sore wrist. Still hasn't recovered at all from falling on it during the rogaine a little while back.

On the tandem most of the way up Mt Pleasant until it got too unpleasant and wet so we came back down (very slowly) and rode home (via the supermarket for vital supplies).

Run 10:00 [2]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 1.5

Got a few minutes down the road and decided my foot wasn't feeling all that happy so came home again.

Putting in a good effort on the windtrainer whilst watching Paris-Roubaix. Pretty glad I didn't have to ride those cobblestones that's for sure but it sure was entertaining to watch! Cycling wise feeling good. I can wear my wrist guard thingy on the trainer which makes it a bit more comfortable.
