From the house to Long Bay (I got lost so it was further than it should have been!) then along various tracks out to the Okura River and back. Felt so tight and sluggish but managed to keep myself going. The views were nice and it was quite novel to be in a tshirt and shorts and still a bit warm but I'm glad I don't live up here any more...even if they do have vegan doughnuts.

It's hard work eating all the food (vegan doughnuts!!!) and playing with babies. Actually, it is hard work tossing babies around. Trying to pretend that it doesn't hurt my wrist but actually had to retreat to my room to silently scream for a while.

The cat was waiting for me on my return so that was a relief. Since the run was so short I did some pilates stuff. It's hard work.

Cold night riding with M on the tandem up Mt Pleasant and along the tops then down Dyers. I brought my nice warm jacket with me for the descent...a wise move.
