Fun times with M on the tandem round the flat then up the Basdrat, along the tops and down to Sumner for delicious peanut butter cups before the final slog home. My legs felt tired which was expected but were functioning way better than I anticipated.

Cruising up the valley and along the tops to the Bellbird and back with some track exploring thrown in. Beautiful day. Felt pretty good too. Could have gone further but I didn't take a backpack so was relying on the water at the kiwi.
From work with M. Got partway up Rapaki before turning back and going on an explore thru random streets. Just not feeling so good. Today was not a great day so I am really grateful M was there to steer me on a sensible course.
Fun times in the wild morning on the road up Ramahana/Aotea/Huntsbury then down Major Aiken and round the river into the jail to home. Tried to keep a consistent, strong pace but flagged a bit on the last section of the climb.
Up old bowenvale downhill and the dog day then along the tops and behind the Sugar Load before heading down thru Vic Park. Feeling kinda okay for, like, the first time in weeks. So glad I made it out this morning before the weather turned mental.
