Freezing cold, wet ride on the tandem up Evans Pass out to Godley Head then along the tops to Dyers Pass and down to home. Everything got very wet and I might have gotten a tad grumpy...! Otherwise feeling quite good.

With M's workmate Nick from Sumner up the Captain Thomas then round the Crater Rim to Godley Head, down to Taylors then up and over and back down to Sumner. Really nice and calm this morning but a little too misty for the glorious views. Feeling pretty good and it was really cool to be running with someone that had such a similar speed to me. And just cool to have company!

From home up the Marette Taylor and back down the valley. Exciting to be running without a light. Probably took it all a bit fast considering it was supposed to be more of a recovery/shakeout run.
