Wind trainer fun. Too much of a tired pansy to go outside and get wet.

Rogaine race (Halswell Quarry) 1:56:10 [3]
shoes: Merrell Allout Rush (#4)

Rogaining with Lara at Halswell Quarry. Can't believe I got my legs to work as well as they did. Fortunately Lara was also feeling tired so we weren't too badly matched. Route was okay until nearer the end when we should have skipped a couple in order to get a couple of better ones but yeah, not bad. Had fun though.

Road Bike 55:00 [3]
shoes: Shimano WM64

M had my bike out when I got home and he convinced me I needed to go for a spin. Hit the wall as hadn't eaten enough and was quite tired so was slow and had to stop a few times and die silently while M did some intervals. Can't wait for more riding.

Run 37:25 [2]
shoes: Merrell Allout Rush (#2)

Grovel/crawl up the valley. Surprised at how well my legs functioned as long as I could take small steps!
