Paddle 45:00 [2] 7.0 km (6:26 / km)

Cruisy paddle around Forster swim and paddle course. Run up sand hill half way round.

Ride (MTB) 1:30:00 [3] 18.5 km (4:52 / km)

Forster day 1 mtb. Very hilly course with one big, reasonably steep climb.

Run 1:50:00 [3] 16.0 km (6:53 / km)

Forster day 2 run leg. Started with quick ascent, down onto beach for a couple of k's on beach, softish sand, then soft fire roads (reasonably flat). 3 MASSIVE STEEP sand/soft dirt hills, rough descent, followed by a big off track ascent over the "hill" before descending back down the other side.

Laps of Manly Dam. BIG BUSTER! Think there is some unresolved fear...unresolved knee fear...knee buster! Ouch!

Double ski lap of lake. Lake super shallow so speed fluctuated a lot. Felt ok but very cold. Winter is coming....

Squad paddle in double ski. 3 x 6 min, 3 x 4 min,l 3 x 2 min @ 70%, 80%, 90%. Bit tired and lats sore today. Arms are getting straighter.

Run from Jamieson, around top lake and return. Fastish run but felt free. Was totally smashed before run and slept 1 3/4 but felt good running

MTB around Northern Beaches. Narrabeen, Red Hill, Manly Dam, Bantry Bay, Forestville, Davidson, Cascades, St Ives, Terry Hills, Mona Vales, Deep Creek, Narrabeen. 96km total. Started to feel strong after 5 hours which is kinda weird but good for Geo
