i felt great, probably could have gone faster tho! It's my personal P.R. and i dropped 4 seconds since last tuesday!

after running the 800 in a new personal best i didnt think i would be able to run this. The first 800 we went out in 2:25, so i picked it up in the last 400 to put my team in 4th place.

Rest day today, meet tomorrow! i tried to talk ken out of putting me in the 1200 but it didnt work. my legs felt fine, we'll see how i perform tomorrow!

They felt fine, my knee and shin started to act up in the middle of it but i ran through it. Coach Karel is pissing us off and saying things! Now we can't wear our short shorts in the races!

i ran in the 4x800 today and i felt pretty good. I dropped two more seconds off fridays time, and I hope we make it to the elite meet!

I ran with Jeremy today, and he talked me into joining Attack Point. We kept speeding it up but it still felt good. My achellis tendon is kind of sore and I don't know why.
