First time in a very long while over 2h. Right foot was a bit number after 30min, but then got better. Lots of snow, 'snaiges zygis' tracks were damn slippery, nearly killed me in the end that km or so. Got hi5 gel after 1.20. served well for the next 30min or so. Last 20min was kind of struggle. Checked sprint control sites, but later in the evening found out it was canelled :(

Core stuff. A good stretch and sauna as well. Seems stretching helps a lot to handle pain.
