3x1.5km with 500m (~4.30) rec. With Vesta and Gabija. The first one started waaay to fast for me in some 3.30 pace (what polar says), so after 500m or so felt totally empty. Lungs really hurt. 2nd was waaay too slow and 3rd one was kind of optimal. Girls were speedy. Or maybe Im still jet lagged/slow? Anyway, seems im overcoming jet lag little by little.
