2km tempo (it was a bit faster though) and then some fartlek - under 100m x6. Ran with Vesta and Indre. Hoped to do it at 4.10-15 pace but as always it was faster. But surprisingly HR was low and first time in ages felt like my legs were stopping me, not breathing!
