4x700m with 3' rec wtih girls + some strides before-after. Felt pretty well on the first one, but then started to struggle and on the last two it was painful - gave up on the last one basically. Calves are still tight, but main problem was lungs/heart - was hitting proper intervals zone, but at least recovery was smooth till 130.
