Rubbish. Was raining all day long- especially nasty in the morning.. My run was pretty average- couldnt concentrate, couldnt recognize terrain, couldnt find controls, couldnt keep direction, map was dodgy in many places. Didnt find the right racing rythm.. Totally lost 7-8' with 2-3 'wtf where I am?!!!!!!'. To Sandra lost 8'. Need to learn basic navigation. Nettles sucks too.

LTU sprint champs.
Its bad to organaize and run, to sleep for the last week under 8h every night and not to like sprints... Was really cool town sprint- many houses, passages, fences. Generally was a bit too slow- seems couldnt push myself- pretended that Im navigating.. It hurt only twice- on really straight routes. Did 2x10-15'' mistakes and a lot of 'navigational' stoppings =) Came in 4th place, 21'' behind Edita and just 3-4'' after Sandra and Kristina. Girls made even more stipid mistakes. Was happy with result, even though Im still pretty shit in sprints with my attitude and slow motion...

Was quite lucky not to get any rain on my run! Weather was ridiculous today and could hardly force myself to go for a run, but had to get home somehow.. Did 7x100m strides with 30sec rest. Got a bit tired after ~5, so just jogged home.

10x400m with 200m rec. Miserable weather- raining and sunshine twice on the run. Really dirty after the run- track was pretty wet and muddy in places. Was happy with couple intervals where I could push even being tired and keep the rythm and speed.

Tuesdays controls hanging. Rainy, wet, muddy, coldish, bushy and not pleasant at all and veeery miserable.. Did couple of stupid misses, but anyway was really really nasty 1.5h (thats the time I spent in the forest totally..) So afterwards jogged to sisters instead waiting in the car for 3h.

Seems 2.5h between the sessions is not very good idea, so struggled with the very first step.. And the heart didnt like so little rest neither..

Picked the same controls which hanged- so much different from hanging controls story- sunny, lots of tracks in high wet grass and everything went so much faster! Didnt stop time at all and it took me ~30min faster! But was bloddy tired... Walked a lot in the end, hope still will be able to do quality session...

Nice 9pm run after the rain. Was glad wasnt running in the storm earlier, coz found one massive tree on my usual running track... Was a bit lazy for strength again.. Blister getting better and dont bother me in runners
