Note
slept:4.0 (rest day)

Planned to run mass start as did in 10mila, but slept only 4h and had to hurry to leave, so the biggest days exercise was to walk with bag to the car. Practised extremely unhealthy lifestyle with girls ;)

Legs pretty sore- maybe of too little rest? Maybe I ran hard yesterday?

Easy morning run with Ieva and little running drills and couple of strides. Feel pretty good

19c shoes: VJ Intergator

4th Venla leg in IFK Mora 1st team. Terrain was pretty cheap, but my orienteering was misserable anyway- already failed to run the right direction from the start, then was just pretty messy. The biggest losses were on 12th- got into parallel situation- 1' lost and 2nd last, where took amazingly stupid route choice straight through green with no paths loosing 2' or so. Was pretty pissed off about that.. Anyway lost a lot on speed- just couldnt push myself to limits, suffered on those several upphils- not fighting spirit =(

Model training for Jukola. Green, many paths and wet. Was pretty tired after long night trip. Orienteering was pretty messy

2km + 15x30-33'' uphill with 1' rec. Felt pretty ok, though still have problems to reach my limits... Hills reps were fun- soe slow, some fast. Good session.
Forgot heart rate belt, so got less writing today =)
