Easy jog. Felt pretty dead all day long, so was nice to wake up in the evening

Super tired after Jukola night. But forced to go for a run. Was in real pain the first 10min, then was better. Did some sightseeing finding some stone in the middle of the forest with engraved date 1918 and some finnish writing.

Jukola - 3rd leg in IGTISA team - Kristina- Gabija- me - Sandra. 14th place ! whoop whoop! Pretty good feeling :)

Girls did a good job and I started 16- with some good teams around, was really nervous, coz was so afraid to be left alone in the forest. Started in the beginning of the small pack and on the first control tried to chase the girl which started before me. No success and 1' mistake - started to run on the wrong path, understood that pretty quick, then just kept on running and not checking the map - legs felt pretty good.. So had to catch the girls pack I nearly lost. Then hanged for a while and tried to run away- got back on the same place I started. Did a small loop on 4th, then fucked up 8th - just didnt really understand the yellow and went way too right on the route. And the worst part was the 2nd last control when with some other stupid girls went way too left and ended up just following some random girl...
Totally nearly 3min mistakes.. Pretty bad for 5k course, but I loved my legs- dont really remember when last time I had this fast feeling. Also was very pleasing not to be passed by in the forest :)

The nicest terrain and orienteering - really amazing in places.

Pretty crap map technically, but orienteering anyway. And terrain was pretty nice . Managed to fukc up couple of times anyway. Did some 40s-1m surges in terrain and on the roads - tried to remind to legs what is fastish running.

Some course with girls (Gabija and Kristina). Not super technical, but pretty good for the first try on scandi terrain.

10x200m @ 50''-1' rec. Was a mission to get out - didnt was and started to feel a bit sick. But eventually ended up doing intervals. Didnt feel too fast - legs were lazy, but liked session as didnt need to suffer too much.
