Swedish league. D21E2. Started pretty ok on the flat-easy part, managed to do 1st split to 1st control! But then hit the stony area and I got into walking mode. Just cant run on stones. Also started to do some mistakes here and there. Biggest were - wrong route choice and mistake on no6. and massive brain fart on no10 - took a while to realize my control was 20 meters from clearing when i was deep in the forest all the time. Totally over 10min mistakes. Physically hills were hard...
Won Olga, 14min infornt..

1.6km (6'26'') + 4x150m (under 30''). With Vesta. 1,6 was ok on first 1,5 loop, but last two were haaard. Suffered a bit. Kind of nice training, but body still dont feel very fast. Maybe its kayano shoes fault.

On the old good route. Felt ok. Comparing with speed I used to run - seems I was kind of quickish today. Also realized this route is not 10.5 (what I used to log) but barely 10 (~9.7). So it should be like 40-50k less every year on 1998-2010 :)

Misko trasa. Started too fast - seems I need to keep hr under 180 nowadays, not over as I did. Started to struggle from 2-3rd km. In the end tried to keep up with friendly focus guys who tried to encourage me. A good training, but disappointing result. 5min behind Kristina. It was doubtly 10km as well
