Thursdays race. Felt quite ok - nose feels better. Sickness took exactly one week.. Tried to do technically good, but lost time here and there. Tried to keep on running all the way, so in the end felt a bit like intensity [4] as was getting tired.

Running race (Kacergine) 25:25 [5] 5.0 km (5:05 / km) +135m 4:29 / km

Lt national team xcountry test run. Only Tekle and me participating from girls. Felt much better today, bit still blocked nose, ears and cracking voice. Tekle disappeared after 2nd uphill, so was solo all the way. Actually nearly enjoyed except the end of soft 'digged' last km or so. Also belly didn't react well to higher speed and cramped for reason. Was around 2 min behind Tekle. Want to believe was so slow of such unsuccessful last week, but not sure how much faster would be on good conditions. Probably this will be a constant thing for team members.

Running warm up/down 24:00 [3] 4.0 km (6:00 / km)

Takas day4. Decided I feel better and I should run. Not sure if it was very smart decision though... Thought to start intensity 4 and then see how it goes. Was kind of ok for the first several controls, till map turned into 'schema' which is not relevant to terrain.. Started to lose motivation and started to get tired. After several other misses when hit the slope, decided im not really up to walking green shit slopes, so cut one control - should have cut 3 though, because ended up in some silly slopes with crazy contours.. Felt like back to 1996, when you would blame your bad run because of the map being 5 years old.. Flat part was mapped a bit better, but then was more motivated to eat blueberries that running the race, so ended up in intensity 2. 19min behind Bertuka.
Body feels worse as nose started blocking...
