Pilates 40:00 [0]

More intense than normal.

Running (KP) 4:30 [5] 1.3 km (3:28 / km)
ahr:183 max:191 shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

1x800m + 5x100m. With 3'rec after long one and over 1' after 100m's. For 800m did 2.54. Felt pretty easy - started to push on the last 200m properly and felt I could go longer. Achilles/calves seems to be ok, just need stretching and massage.

Running warm up/down (+rec) 49:00 [3] 7.0 km (7:00 / km)
shoes: Asics Trainer- Blie

+2sets of drills

Pilates 50:00 [0]

Running (KP) 31:00 [4] 4.8 km (6:27 / km)
shoes: Kayano-Pink

4x100+200+300 with ~ 200m recovery (first set was 100+200+200). Still in fartlek mode as I dont understand if recovered/still feel heavy. During the intervals realized I feel kind of ok - at least better than Vesta.
Left achilles is seriously painful - seems longer run on sunday did fair bit of damage. So had a proper self-massage, stretching and sleeping with compression calves.

Running warm up/down 1:01:00 [3] 10.3 km (5:55 / km)

Rigas stafetes - club cup latvian version, just way more complicated. I did 2nd leg with Kaste where you need to run the WHOLE course on the map, change maps and run partners course, then meet just before the finish and only then forward the relay. My course was mainly on skiing slopes and physically pretty demanding (if you run all the hills). The one and only bigger navigation-wise mistake (on both courses) was to cross skiing tracks through the forest and ended up facing 3m height impassable fence. The rest was very easy. Maybe some more tricky controls after spectator passage in the forest with many MTB downhill tracks that were not very obvious. Forest part (4 controls) on Kastes course were super nice - like the only place where you needed to use your compass and do real navigation. The biggest mistake of the day went when I totally confused with race format and after arena passage decided I need to wait for Kaste already there, not completing the small last loop. So I had a good rest and started to realize that something is wrong.. When Kaste got to waiting spot, just got confirmed that Im stupid and ran to complete the last small loop.. At least Kaste got some rest :) Also got a bit worried as my HR went up couple of time when going down hill - maybe its sleep related and that im a bit tired/its a bit hot?
The team finished 21st. Older and younger guys didnt avoid mistakes. Also realized we put the team a bit wrong as one of the youngest guy ran way more challenging navigation-wise course than us and 2 other guys.
Anyway it was a good fun with team. Also again impressed by latvian organization - big nice event with screen and gps.

Running warm up/down 1:00:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:00 / km)

+ long cool down. It was the first week in a long while when I ran every day, but overall it was very little kms, so tried to do some extra after the run.

Orienteering (Dergionys) 1:07:20 [3] *** 6.9 km (9:46 / km)
ahr:160 max:214 15c shoes: Inov-8 X-TALON

With vosvos and Katashunis. One man relay on 4 small ~2km loops. On the first felt okayish, not super great, but later on just got worse and worse physically - did fair bit of walking out there. Most of the course did technically ok (mainly because was so slow), but also wandered around a bit - especially when the map was a bit dodgy.
Not sure if running long the next weekend is a good idea..
