LTU long champs. 10.1km 19kp in one of the most technical terrain in Lithuania. Didnt feel like competing at all - had pretty shit sleep last couple of nights and worked at the start till 1h before my run, so decided to start easy and then see how it goes. Seemed never left that 'easy' zone, though it wasnt easy sometimes. Body just resisted to switch to racing mode, first part of the course had sore left achilles, then switch to the left hamstring (which was more sore than usual already before the start). In the end legs started to cramp a bit and getting super weak on the uphills. Met Tekle on the way to no 2. She tried to run away from me, but after couple of controls (after no 7) she came up from behind and never really left as she wasnt having the best navigation today. It was quite fun to have someone to chat and to laugh on this long course. The best moment of the run was when I called Tekle as assumed she was making mistake and we both (or 3 of us with Vilija) went for extra 30-40sec. Had an epic laugh :) It was actually sad seeing Tekle having slow time running with me.
Technically it was okayish run -I avoided big mistakes (all under 30 sec except 3rd control) and understood terrain pretty well, but was making some mistakes mostly because of the lack of flow.
In the end lost to Vesta 2min, which is not too bad considering how crap physically I felt and how well Vesta is running right now.

Had a good stretch and sauna in the evening - seems I need to take care of my body for a while, otherwise I will get injured for real very soon.
