8x~100m. More like lazy fartlek than intervals. Some parts of the run felt good, some lazy. Left ham/ass pain is coming back :(

Demotivated. Got saved by vosvos who responded to my desperation and ran with me. Ended up with sweet pace, on the last couple of km asked for slowing down as hr was getting too high for an average run.
