8x200m with 150-200 rec. Did one drills set. Two first intervals felt slow and hard. Later felt just hard - legs started to move a bit. also discovered that after interval I should jog in reasonably pace - not to slow down to walk jogging, because my HR doesnt like such drastic changes. Need to follow this.
Still demotivated to run. Was nice change to do it with Vesta during the lunch.
