Orienteering (Tapeliai) 24:30 [3] 4.0 km (6:08 / km)
ahr:176 max:183 shoes: Bold-Orange

Tempo/competition pace run with map. Warmed up with Vesta. Some snow didnt make it easier. Physically felt okayish, still could push, but was checking time when those 25min will finish. Navigation was really crappy - tried to focus to push harder, so ended up barely looking to the map, especially in the beginning. Should be a warning.

Running hills (3 crosses) 44:30 [3] 6.8 km (6:33 / km)
ahr:153 max:178 shoes: Kayano-Pink

3x 3 crosses hill from gym. Easy pace. Then some stretching. Body feels good - legs barely sore.

Running intervals (VP) 7:30 [4] 1.6 km (4:41 / km)
max:184 shoes: Kayano-Pink

8x200m to the hill. It was a bit slippery and legs still achy, so didnt push too hard. First couple of times felt relatively easy and slow, but then found rythm and kind of felt I could do more. Today was the first day when pain is reasonable and dont want to walk backwards down the stairs. Massage in the morning also helped a bit.

Running (Pilaite) 39:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:34 / km)
ahr:148 max:160 shoes: Kayano-Pink

Easy. First km was very painful, but later during the run got better, in the nd was nearly proper running.
I dont remember when last time had such a bad muscule pain - even walked some stairs backwards... Arms hurt as well..
Some stretching and massage felt good, but painful
