Orienteering (Baravykine) 1:33:00 [3] 11.0 km (8:27 / km)
ahr:164 max:204 26c shoes: innov8-spike

Masters cup/training mass start. Kept on with guys for several controls, but then dropped off as pace was not comfortable and also got Hr outburst. Was productive till some 50min, then started jog-walking. Also totally broke O-shoe 20min to go, so it was double demotivating to keep running.
Since yesterday feel a bit feverish, hope it wont develop to anything more serious

Orienteering race (Don Bosco) 49:06 [5] *** 7.8 km (6:18 / km)
ahr:180 max:187 20c shoes: Bolt

Sylvester day-2. Terrain was nicer - some sand dunes where I missed uncomfortably couple of times (3x30'' + 1'). Physically body felt maybe a bit better, could push harder, but still allowed myself to walk regulary after 15min into the race. It was really nice long leg over open grass area. In general wasnt super technical, but enjoyed it.
Still was over 5' after Lvd Velde. So motivation is up to train for sure!

Running warm up/down 23:30 [3] 4.2 km (5:36 / km)
ahr:150 shoes: Bolt

Orienteering (Kolisbos) 58:00 [5] *** 7.9 km (7:21 / km)
ahr:176 max:185 26c slept:8.0 shoes: Bolt

Sylvester day1. I was pretty sceptical before the start about the terrain - looked flat and boring. But was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed today - a lot of ticky short legs. I missed a lot on the controls as was hard to read and see special symbols that was barely visible. Physically felt hard, but e joyed it in several places as well, so it was not dying all the way.

Running warm up/down 25:00 [3] 4.2 km (5:57 / km)
shoes: Bolt
