With Tekle. Started heavy and rather slow, but later picked up speed a bit and it felt super easy and nice.

Hiking (Yosemite) 6:00:00 [1]

Hiked till top of Yosemite Falls (~10km totally). At least 1/3 of the hike was in snow, which was ok to walk most of the time, but occasionally got stuck till knee deep in slushy snow. Perfect hiking day with perfect sun and perfect pictures. A bit disappointing view on the top, but we reached it! Pity that left mountains too early and missed burning waterfall pics at the sunset.

Early morning job with tekle, because jetlag woke us at 4am or so. Nice run - started in the dark and uphill, till sun started to get out and then all the way downhill.

City sightseeing over golden gate park, along the coast till golden gate bridge, then via Lombard street back to downtown. Nice and relaxing ride qith several serious hills and scary downhills.

10x200m with 200m rec. Ran in turns with Vesta. Felt ok. I was kind of glad it to be a relatively easy session.
