Easy jog. Was thinking a bit longer run, but some rain drops suggested i should head home. Throat is barely sore, feel way beter than last two days, just a bit unfit.

Fartlek ~10times between 5 poles (150-200m) and recovery till HR drop below 150. Didnt push too much as was super demotivated and lazy, especially in the beginning. Did warm-up with Kysulis, so was nice and easy.
