Lt middle champs. Had an epic dream a night before - i was late for start as i couldnt get my stuff ready or was missing something. Then couldnt understand the map as it was aero-photo, was panicking and punched a photographer girl because she disturbed me and my concentration. So in this kind of mood and feelings i came to the start line. Forest was epic and old school - green, nettles,shit visibility and technical. Missed the first control by 1.5min - been in the circle, didnt see control, panicked, ran to road and on the way back found it. On no 2 got cought 2min by sandra. Played for several controls hide and seek (both roles) but eventually gave up on the longer leg and let her go as my body said no to any bigger effort. Then abother big miss in the circle - the depression didnt seem to be in the right place and didnt see controp flag, so circled several time around till i saw it.. another 1.5min. then was leading pack of deaf girls for a while till another circling around for 2min pretty close to control on the slope.. and the last mistake was on the next control - was a bit messy in the middle of the route, plus surprise surprise - passed control by several meters not seeing it again... 1min in total. Just bad bad luck - maybe lenses could help me? Not sure. Didnt find power in body the whole 45min, but in the end lost 6min out of 7 to Sandra due mistakes, not so much physically... Ended 5th. At least got my starting fee covered by Azuolas.. By evening nearly lost voice and was feeling crap - 37.2. have one week to get fit/fast/smart and healthy..

Ran to watch Vilnius Challenge that happened next to my home - swimming part. Also did ~30min loop with winners of the black course mix - Ramune and Vikingas. Its was fun. Body feels quite well, but hr still a bit high.

Properly long warm up which i always been late for. 2 sets of drills. Tried to do 200s, but managed to do only 4(37-38-39-38), after each hr went up, so gave up eventually. Normal max was around 182-183. In general body feels the best since i got sick, but apparently not ready for intervals.. also need improve my sleep routine..
Sauna after relaxed muscules a bit. Left knee is kind of botherig - so need to start taping :/

With Vesta. Supposed to be some kind of intervals, but both of us felt crap so skipped it. My body feels pretty chickingly still - hr pretty high, at least legs feel ok.
