With veterans. Most of the time ran with/after the guys. Orienteering didnt seem to be too difficult, but the hills were tough - even though we didnt go hard. Couple of controls left finally I let them go and did on a bit slower pace maybe. It was a good fun and a reminder that more hill training is needed..

10x150m + 250m rec. Felt a bit lazy, but running fast felt good - maybe because it was too short to get tired. Left quad and knee a bit sensitive. Sauna after was really good

Very easy with Kysulis, chatting the whole way. Missed such easy hills sessions.
