Medininkai-Vilnius, 1st leg. It was rather warm, but not super hot - though taking into account chilly weather recently it was one of the warmest summer day i spent outside. Started in a nice pace - 4.55, but after 1,5km climb came and dropped till 4.30, after which i never recovered and pushed till some 4.15, but never really faster - me engine didnt gime me any more. Did another two legs for 'cooling-down'. Team won with 2.20. 18th in total ranking.

Run to the lake and a swim - first time this year! Lake is a bit overgrown and more like water-skiing area :(

10x100m with under 1.30 rec. Started wtih Vida, finished alone. Felt lind of easy, but on the last started to feel quads a bit. First was a bit slower, -17, all the reast - 16 Was disapointed not to hit 15 on the last one even thoguh i pushed hard.

Morning run to pick up the car. It was an agony - a bit warm and very humid - a real sweat-fest. Had problems to get myself out of bed - hope not a sign of getting sick :/

6x1' hill with downhill recovery ( 1.30-1.40). I was late as usual and nobody was at the track, so improvised my own intervals. Raining the whole way. Todays training was like a triathlon - water sport, biking and running.
